What You’ll Do
In this role, you will collaborate with our Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers to bring creative concepts to life by developing, adapting, and finalizing design elements for various media, including print, digital, and packaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and produce a variety of materials such as print ads, brochures, corporate collateral, signage, website banners, emails, landing pages, and more.
- Identify and address design or layout issues, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to project requirements.
- Resize and prepare multiple ad layout variations for publications.
- Prepare production-ready files that meet all technical specifications, including color accuracy, resolution, and dimensions.
- Optimize and prepare images for use in online and mobile applications.
- Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to images, layouts, and overall creative executions to the Creative Team.
- Review and proof materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before final release.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, templates,
and archives for efficient workflow and access.
- Uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
What You’ll Bring
- College diploma or university degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) in a Mac environment. Bonus points for video and motion capabilities.
- Familiarity with working within brand identity guidelines.
- Strong understanding of prepress and production requirements for print and digital.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with real estate category considered a plus.
