Details of the Job:
Permanent and full-time position as Receptionist, Data Entry
Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am- 4:00 pm
Looking for 2 year minimum experience
Salary: $20.00-22.00 (Salary Roughly based on experience)
Requirements for the Job:
· Must possess strong computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Have a basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be an Asset
- Account Payables
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
· Maintain a well organized and tidy office environment
· Perform all other office tasks
· Draft and edit documents including memos, emails, and reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
