Role Impact:

In conjunction with the Property Manager, proactively coordinates every aspect of the tenant relationship by maintaining a consistent tenant services strategy.

What you will deliver:

- Support the Property Manager, with professional and effective response to tenant issues, and proactive updates and communications, to ensure tenant expectations and landlord requirements are being consistently met.
- Support the Property Manager on all matters relating to facilities presentation and maintenance throughout the office complex and retail concourse. Ensure continuous improvement of vendor services including assessment of cleanliness, janitorial tasks, window cleaning, landscaping and waste management.



Develop reports on 100-day plans and presentations.
- Administration of retail and office tenant storage. Duties include: marketing of storage spaces, liaising with Head Office tax department and auditors on vacancy, POP sites and other issues that may arise.
- Assists in the preparation and implementation of initiatives to increase and uphold the quality and effectiveness of tenant relations;
- Coordinates and distributes all relevant tenant communications and access requests, including pass card, parking requests and service bookings;
- Support the Tenant Relations Managers in the coordination of tenant events, tenant appreciation events and tenant meetings;
- Meets with tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management as needed to review and provide support to resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives;
- Ensures insurance and contract files are complete, accurate and current;
- Support the Property Manager and Community Engagement Manager in the planning and execution of marketing program and deliverables;
- Administration of tenant chargeback services,



including the corresponding billing, accounting, charge reversals, and budgeting direct tenant recoveries
- Assist the Property Manager in the development and execution of budget and re-forecast functions and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Leasing with regard to tours and lease administration/preparation, to ensure documentation is in place.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited university preferred; college certificate/diploma in a related field;
- RPA, Real Estate License or CPM Professional Designation desirable;
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in client services is preferred;
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
