Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director with level 3 childcare certification to lead our organization in achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in project management, and a proven track record in business development. This role requires a visionary leader who can negotiate effectively and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders to maximize organizational benefits.
- Oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong emphasis on project management.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in driving process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong background in business development, with a focus on expanding market opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay: From $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
