Position Overview: As a Bath & Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll work directly with clients to design and sell custom bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects. This role requires confidence, persistence, and strong sales skills to secure deals and manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage sales techniques to confidently consult with clients, uncover their needs, and create customized design plans.
- Conduct onsite measurements and gather project details, including “before” photos to showcase transformations.
- Use design software to create layouts and compelling proposals that address client goals.
- Present proposals persuasively, follow up with leads, and ask confidently for the sale.
- Track client interactions and project information in our CRM, maintaining organization for smooth project management.
- Collect payments and handle financial transactions professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with design software.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor for working in clients' homes.
- Motivated, dependable, and friendly with an optimistic outlook.
- Skilled in negotiation and comfortable in a high-paced sales environment.
- Available for occasional trade show rotations to represent our brand.
