The Director of Data Enablement is a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing the data maturity of IMCO. The primary objective is to enable the organization to leverage data as an enterprise asset, driving business outcomes and achieving IMCO's corporate objectives and moving the organization to a data-driven culture.

In this role, the Director will lead a team that collaborates closely with senior leaders to establish frameworks, policies, and guidelines for data governance, data architecture, and market data management. The focus is on effectively managing, protecting, and utilizing IMCO's data assets to maximize their value and impact.

This role reports to the Chief Technology and Data Officer.

As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For:

- Oversee the development and execution of IMCO's data strategy,



including implementing the organization's data and analytics capabilities roadmap and linking to overall IMCO's five-year strategy.
- Promote a culture of data awareness and literacy, ensuring that data is recognized as a valuable enterprise asset. This includes regular communication with senior executives and influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices in data quality, security, and compliance.
- Design IMCO's strategic data architecture, aligning it with the organization's business and data objectives.
- Develop governance and IMCO best practices for the secure use, management, and protection of data and AI at IMCO.
- Chair IMCO’s Data, Digital, and AI Council to prioritize and enable the Council to make decisions on critical governance topics that span the enterprise.
- Lead and elevate a diverse team of data professionals, including data architects, analysts, and market data function.




- Establish and maintain relationships with external data partners and vendors.
- Be the firm’s strategic voice and owner of IMCO’s Data Strategy across all levels from Senior Executive Team to working group/project level. Enable the organization to understand Data as an Asset and all responsibilities across the groups.

What do you need to succeed?

- Minimum of 12 years in roles of increasing complexity, with a proven track record in data strategy, governance, and architecture, preferably within the financial or investment management industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Additional professional training and accreditations in financial markets, data science, or technical architecture are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, communicate, and engage with senior executives, stakeholders,



peers, and colleagues, across the organization.
- Extensive experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing vendor partners to support the execution of data strategy.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and elevate a team.
- Thorough understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
- Experience with Cloud and Data solutions; Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, master data management, and data governance tools is highly preferred.
- Ability to take the organization on a Data Maturity journey both culturally and technically is a must.
