Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking a self-starter to join their team as a Sales & Account Manager This position is an excellent opportunity for a go-getter who has demonstrated the ability to go out and complete sales! Responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters
- Attending industry networking events including golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.
- Manage and grow existing accounts as well as bring in new business in your territory
- Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients
- Provide excellent customer service,
ensuring that clients are well-informed
- Reach out to leads through cold calling
- Coordinate with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients
- Submit regular activity and results reports
- Provide valuable feedback to management to positively influence company services and policies
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and your vehicle to travel to work
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Previous sales experience in a service-based organization is required
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial – a desire to exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident and capable in prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
- Ability to communicate in French and English would be well regarded
