Position Summary:





We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager, Supply Chain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing supply chain projects to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management | Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Supply Chain Optimization | Analyze and redesign supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Vendor Management | Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms and ensure a reliable supply of necessary materials and services.

Inventory Management | Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and minimize waste.





Cross-Functional Collaboration | Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure project alignment with overall business objectives.

Risk Management |Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Technology Utilization | Utilize advanced supply chain software and technology tools for project management, forecasting, and data analysis to improve decision-making.

Sustainability Initiatives | Promote sustainable practices within supply chain operations, including green logistics, ethical sourcing, and waste reduction initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, APICS, or other relevant certifications are preferred.





- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a project management role.

- Strong proven knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

- Proficiency in supply chain software and technology tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
