Minimum Qualifications for Candidates:
-3-5 years of experience in use and administration of LabWare LIMS (version 5 and version 7) and has Labware LIMS Admin Certificate
- Strong working knowledge of laboratory processes including cGMP's in a pharmaceutical environment and familiar with 21CFR part 11 ERES requirements
- Create/Update LabWare LIMS solutions and implement them via configuration and enhancements.
- Understanding of database and structured query language (SQL) and transact SQL. Ability to create/update stored procedures.
- Create/update Crystal Reports created in Crystal 11.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Instrument Interfacing (eg.balances and pH meters), file based parsing scripts and SAP interfacing.
- Provide on-going technical and business support for LabWare LIMS configuration, including troubleshooting of system and instrument interfaces.
- Contribute to design and writing of validation test cases, when required to validate changes to configuration, prior to implementation.
- Perform impact assessment, as required, to assess impact of proposed changes on system functionality and business processes.
- Basic PC management skills: software installation; Device manager; thin client concept; AD and user network login.
