We are seeking a Senior SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 3-year hybrid contract role in Toronto.
- 10+ years’ experience in the practical application of change management methods and strategy combined with a solid understanding of how people go through change and the overall change process.
- 8+ years with facilitation and coaching with strong communication skills, combined with conflict resolution, specifically with the senior and executive level communication
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, and negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework
- Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting corporate objectives
- Solid experience in change related practices e.g., communications planning and delivery, training design and facilitation, and change champion network management
- Self-directed, and confident in ability to lead a complex organizational change management project.
- Team player with the ability to work with and through others.
- Sound judgment; excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, active listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Must have, or rapidly acquire, a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees.
Formal education/training:
- University Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration.
- PROSCI or equivalent certificate program in Change Management.
