Candidate profile (text)
- Default language •University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience with proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management.
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or a similar field, with a proven track record of successful strategic leadership that delivers both business results and people development.
- Experience in applying tactical and operational thinking, implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up on goals.

Key responsibilities (text) •Ensure efficiency by implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working across all operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution) to enhance the customer and co-worker experience.
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team by working closely with the Fulfilment Integration team. Foster communication, flexibility, a performance-driven culture, competence development,
and succession planning, while maintaining a work environment that supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
- Oversee the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.
