Associate Marketing Manager, Retention/Expansion Affinity Markets
At Manulife, our Affinity Marketing Team is committed to driving growth through strategic customer retention and expansion initiatives. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in retaining existing clients and expanding their engagement with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at customer retention and expansion.
2. Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, direct mail, and events.
3. Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments and improve ROI.
4.
Informally mentor marketing specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
5. Collaborate with product, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention and expansion.
6. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content and marketing materials.
7. Utilize marketing automation and marketing technology tools to track retention and expansion.
8. Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, and optimization of marketing tactics.
9. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
10. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
12. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention and expansion.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software).
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Experience with print and direct mail marketing strategies.
9. French language skills are an asset.
