What you'll need to have
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience with proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management.
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or a similar field, with a proven track record of successful strategic leadership that delivers both business results and people development.
- Experience in applying tactical and operational thinking, implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up on goals.
A day in your life with us
- Ensure efficiency by implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies,
and ways of working across all operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution) to enhance the customer and co-worker experience.
- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team by working closely with the Fulfilment Integration team. Foster communication, flexibility, a performance-driven culture, competence development, and succession planning, while maintaining a work environment that supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
- Oversee the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.

The starting rate/salary for this position is $70,000
