Due to the high number of applicants they will be unable to respond***Title: Civil Project CoordinatorLocation: Surrey/Langley Head OfficeSalary: $65,499 - $88,499 p.a.The successful candidate will support the project team in delivering civil construction projects, including infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, and concrete, under the direction of the Project Manager.Must Haves:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.Experience with civil construction projects (infrastructure, earthworks, utilities,
concrete).Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites in the Lower Mainland.Availability for full-time work.Nice to Haves:Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator role with a civil contractor.Familiarity with project management software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of civil construction specifications, methods, and procedures.Experience with scheduling, estimating, and managing subcontracts.Responsibilities:Support project document control, including daily reports, RFIs, shop drawings, and billing.Assist with creating work plans, scheduling updates, and updating drawings.Coordinate field operations, including supervising subcontractor activities and worksite planning.Implement and monitor Quality and Safety Plans, participating in safety reviews and meetings.Help prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and change order documentation.Conduct basic engineering calculations and assist with drawing and specification interpretations.Coordinate material orders, scheduling,
