Job Location: 87 Sir William Hearst Ave, Toronto.Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteOur public sector client is looking for a Senior ETL developer from 6th Jan 2025 to 31st March 2026.Here are the skillset they are looking for: Data Pipeline Design and Development Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), stored procedures, and Informatica PowerCenter for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Build and automate Azure CI/CD pipelines for ADF releases.Expertise in ADF, Databricks, and Informatica for data movement, ETL pipeline creation,



and performance tuning for large datasets.Experience designing and developing SQL Server stored procedures and Oracle PL/SQL programs.Proficient in relational databases, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.ETL and Data Integration Gather requirements and analyze business processes to design efficient data transformations.Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory, including:Self-hosted Integration RuntimeComplex data transformationsPerformance optimization on large data volumesADF debugging tools and Azure roles.Proficiency in Informatica tools: Workflow Manager, Repository Manager, Designer, and Workflow Monitor.Develop solutions using Logic App and Function App.Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing ETL processes.Investigate data to identify and resolve ETL pipeline issues.Experience with business intelligence tools like IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI.Azure Technologies and DevOps Extensive experience with CI/CD (DevOps) pipelines, including:Azure Resource ManagementGitHub Repo, source code version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management.Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools: Azure Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines, Repos,



and Artifacts.Oracle PL/SQL and Database Development Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and Oracle PL/SQL programs.Proficiency with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and hierarchical database technologies.Expertise in Azure SQL DB and Synapse platforms, including performance tuning for large data sets.This role requires a strong foundation in ETL processes, Azure DevOps, database technologies, and advanced data transformation capabilities. Proficiency in Azure tools, Informatica, and database platforms is essential to succeed in this position.
