we encourage you to join our team and help shape the future of communications at Volker Stevin.How You’ll Add ValueStorytellingDevelop and share internal and external stories that highlight employees, projects, community involvement, and industry achievementsElevate Volker’s brand presence through strategic content for websites, social media, and other platformsPartner with external photographers and travel to site to capture photos of our project and peopleInternal CommunicationsLead initiatives to support employee engagement through newsletters, events, and campaignsSupport the development and launch of an enhanced employee intranet including stakeholder consultation, content creation, and administrationImplement plans and create documents for project updates, program rollouts, and organizational changesWork alongside our Safety, People & Culture, and CSR teams in the creation of campaigns and tacticsBrand Compliance & Visual ContentEnsure consistent application of branding across all materials, including swag, signage,
and logosCollaborate on graphic design and video editing projects to develop visually engaging contentCommunity & Industry EngagementPromote the company’s community involvement through project announcements and profilesStrengthen relationships with industry partnersLeadership CollaborationPartner with business leaders to identify communication needs and align efforts with broader organizational goalsAssist in the development of reports and presentations for the Executive Leadership TeamLiase with our parent company, Volker Wessels, as requiredWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications,
