From Manufacturing to Information Systems, IT Automation to Life Sciences, Energy to Automotive, Rail and Transportation to Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense, our commitment to excellence knows no bounds.Responsibilities Business development/Business unit development:Pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts within different industrial sectors (automotive, life sciences, rail …)Perform business development activities, outside sales, calls, social selling, networkingGrow existing business with established accountsOwn proposal development, review, and negotiation with the support of the technical teamComplete negotiations on service-based engineering projects (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)Recruitment/HR:Continuously interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer’s current and anticipated needsBeing in charge of the consultant's career evolution (annual review, training...)Other management duties:
Being in charge of your own team of engineering consultantsEnsure customer satisfaction, project follow-upManage your P&L; statement for your business unitManagement of other business managers (potentially – depending on the seniority of the applicant)Skills And Qualifications1-10 years of working experience in a technical field, or in recruitment or salesMinimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in engineering or businessMaster’s degree in engineering preferredSales/business development experience, preferably engineering servicesWilling and able to complete customer prospection, cold calling, and account management experience, preferredMust be okay with occasional business travel up to a few days per month.
