Our retail client is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to support and enhance their Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Broker (IIB/ACE) systems for a critical project.
Work Mode: fully remote
Duration: 6-month with possibility of extension
Must Haves
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in development and code enhancement on IBM IIB/ACE.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting production environments for Integration Bus/ACE and IBM MQ.
- Expertise in integration protocols such as MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, and REST.
- Familiarity with PUB-SUB models and basic IIB/MQ command usage.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
- Provide production support for Integration Bus/ACE and IBM MQ, ensuring system reliability and resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix integration issues independently, applying strong analytical and logical skills.
- Design and implement integration solutions using protocols such as MQ, File, SOAP, HTTP, and REST.
- Manage and handle exceptions across various integration nodes effectively.
- Execute basic IIB and MQ commands for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Leverage PUB-SUB knowledge to implement publish-subscribe messaging models.
- Work in a Linux operating environment to manage integration processes and systems.
