Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager at Yellow House Events. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events and activations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, creating timelines,
and overseeing on-site event operations. This role is located in Toronto, ON, in the Distillery District and successful candidate must be able to come into the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Qualifications
- B2B Event Planning, Organization, Porduction and Execution skills
- Vendor Management and Logistics management skills
- Ability to create and manage event timelines
- Experience in overseeing on-site event operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in event management software/tools, MS Office or Google Docs.
- Knowledge of marketing and creative services in the event industry
- Post secondary degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Must have 5 years of related B2B event management / event production experience. Agency-side preferred.
