The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events and activations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, creating timelines,
and overseeing on-site event operations. This role is located in Toronto, ON, in the Distillery District and successful candidate must be able to come into the office a minimum of 3 days a week.QualificationsB2B Event Planning, Organization, Porduction and Execution skillsVendor Management and Logistics management skillsAbility to create and manage event timelinesExperience in overseeing on-site event operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskProficiency in event management software/tools, MS Office or Google Docs.Knowledge of marketing and creative services in the event industryPost secondary degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fieldMust have 5 years of related B2B event management / event production experience. Agency-side preferred.
