Job Duties:
Collecting required information and documents for client's application packages
Organize file room and store client documents in their respective files and folders.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Handle payments received from clients and prepare invoices, quotes, receipts.
Maintain and update accounts receivable and account payables.
Fax, email, scan and copy documents, bill, papers, etc.
Ensure availability of office equipments and their proper maintenance
Keep office area clean and tidy.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
Completion of College diploma or minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the similar field is required.
Completion of high school education is required.
English language is required, Hindi or Punjabi will be an asset.
Strong customer service skill
Quick learner and must be able to work in fast paced environment.
