About the role
We are looking for a hands-on multi-talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prokey.
You will be reporting to the Site Manager and working together with different teams to assure our residents get the best experience in our homes.
Hourly pay range: $25.00-$28.00/hr.

What you’ll be doing
- Building relationships with residents
- Maintaining the property aesthetic – both indoors and outdoors
- Assisting in operation and checks of building mechanical systems
- Performing basic maintenance and repairs as needed
- Completing touch-ups as needed
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in performing basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing and boiler maintenance preferred)
- 5th Class Power Engineering Certification preferred
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Landscaping experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Material Information Systems (WHMIS) is an asset
