Must Haves to Apply
Exceptional client service and care combined with a passion to work in healthcare. We welcome new graduates from the Medical Office Assistant (MOA)
or Unit Clerk certificate and appreciate previous experience in primary care. Whether you are new to the field or looking for a new opportunity to grow, we welcome your application.
You should also be ready to work shifts between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
As an MOA, your responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, managing physician schedules, and maintaining our electronic medical records with precision. You’ll assist with patient intake, document vital signs, and ensure examination rooms are ready with all necessary supplies. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in handling confidential information and providing administrative support to our medical team.
