Location: Bathurst & Eglinton (apartment); Bathurst & Bloor (Airbnb) Rate: $30/hour (minimum 2 hours per session, usually 3–4 hours)
I am seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper for my one-bedroom apartment twice a week (Monday and Thursday preferred) with potential for additional shifts at my Airbnb properties. This is a long-term position, requiring at least a 1-year commitment, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities if desired.

About the Role
For my apartment:
Weekly cleaning: 2–3 times per week, 3–4 hours per session.
Duties include:
Loading dishwasher, laundry, making beds, and changing sheets.
Taking out garbage, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces.
Cleaning the kitchen (stovetop, microwave, counters) and bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub, floors).
Organizing/clutter management and occasional lifting of heavier objects (I have mobility issues).
Watering plants—experience with plant care is a major asset (please mention in your response).
Important: I have 2 small dogs who are part of my home. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, this is not the right fit.
For Airbnb properties:
Attention to detail is critical (e.g., spotting hair on white sheets or stains on towels).
Laundry and stain removal expertise preferred, with a willingness to learn.
Cleaning supplies will be provided, and you will be trained by an experienced cleaner.

Training Rate
During your first 1–3 cleaning sessions (trial run), the rate will be $15/hour. This ensures I find the right fit for a long-term role, as training and vetting cleaners is an exhausting process. Upon hiring for a permanent position, your rate will increase to $30/hour.
