Join the Recovery Alberta Team in the quaint farming community of Mayerthorpe as an administrative assistant III! Mayerthorpe is located a short, scenic 1-hour drive on a double-divided highway northwest of Edmonton. Enjoy the beautiful local trails, lakes and creeks surrounding the area with convenient access to unlimited outdoors activities such as golfing, hiking, fishing, camping, hunting or ATV/snowmobiling to name a few. This position provides support to our clinical staff in our Addiction and Mental Health Clinic. The successful candidate works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and provides day-to-day clerical duties. These duties include receiving visitors and clients, booking appointments, data entry,
answering phones, responding to queries, filing and other related administrative duties as required. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel and Connect Care is preferred. Further duties include scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, computer processing of all types of documents, data entry, incoming and outgoing mail management, health records management, ordering supplies, managing building maintenance requests, providing support to students and new staff orientation as well as performing other related duties. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
As Required.
