Our client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support ITOM and ITSM module for their Managed Services offerings - 19252
6 months contract to start, likely will renew, 7.5 hrs per day, Remote, looking for candidates within Canada open to working MST hours
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ Years in a ServiceNow Development Role
- ServiceNow Accredited - ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping/ Event Management)
- CIS Specialist Designation
Nice-to-Have Skills
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
- JavaScript/HTML/CSS training/certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Customize Incident, Problem, and Change applications. Perform Customization using Business Rules, Client scripts, Workflows (i.e.
for approval process, variable set, and order guides).
- Create workflow for incident management, Service Requests.
- Implement new workflows that use an automated process.
- Build custom widget as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Design and implement new functionalities using Business Rules, UI Policies, Client scripts and Access Control Lists. Work on UI customizations for forms, lists and UI actions
- Customize and create fields and tables as per the client requirements
- Configure and create Tables, Update Sets.
- Load external data with the usage of Import Sets and Transform maps
