Your Job

Identify and prioritize requirements, converting them into functional specifications while ensuring traceability
In an agile methodology framework,



write detailed functional analyses aligned with the architectural solution, validate them with business partners, present them to developers, and ensure proper implementation
Maintain communication with business partners throughout the development phases
Explain the advantages and disadvantages of our solutions, and propose alternatives when necessary to meet the needs of partners
Diagnose, coordinate, and resolve issues related to the proper functioning of solutions
Adapt to constantly evolving technologies, showing curiosity and boldness in proposing new solutions
Analyze the impacts on the solution and suggest action plans for adjustments
Master the technological ecosystem and understand the interrelations within it.
Your Team The IT division consists of over 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and continuously optimize processes. This position reports to the Director of Asset Management, ECM IT Delivery. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a seasoned and dedicated team,



contributing to innovative and strategic projects focused on ECM technologies and advanced AI-driven solutions. These assets will play a key role in developing and transforming the Bank's digital processes.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in business, functional, or technical analysis in a complex organization.
Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.




Experience in writing detailed and relevant user stories within an Agile project framework.
Knowledge and practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead Agile meetings (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.), a plus.
Knowledge and practical experience with quality assurance testing processes and tools, a plus.
Experience in the banking sector, a plus.
