As a Generative AI Chief Advisor , you will play a strategic role in identifying, implementing and optimizing generative AI technologies within our IT systems and processes. You will support our technical teams in the integration of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and free up time for innovation.
Your job Assess the technology needs of IT teams and identify opportunities to integrate generative AI
Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI to automate code writing, software testing, documentation, and code review
Advise on AI solutions that can optimize systems, IT infrastructure and project management processes
Design and deploy generative AI tools to automate code authoring,



technical documentation, and workflows
Integrate AI models (GPT, Copilot) into existing environments, such as development platforms, IT service management (ITSM), and DevOps
Deploy AI tools to accelerate development and reduce delivery cycles (CI/CD)
Train IT teams on the use of generative AI tools to maximize their impact and develop best practice guides and standardized processes
Design and test prototypes to explore innovative use cases in software engineering (e.g. automated unit test generation, large-scale code refactoring)
Encourage a culture of experimentation and technology adoption in teams
Ensure constant monitoring of advances in AI applied to IT and collaborate with managers to prioritize projects
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform post-implementation analyses to measure benefits or adjust solutions as needed.

Within the broader Cards & Credit Risk Domain team, you report to the Senior Director of API Domain Cards & Credit Risk. Our team stands out for its expertise in DevOps and software engineering,

Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or other relevant field and 5 or more years of experience in a technical role in IT or technology consulting, with a specialization in AI
Proficient in generative AI technologies, language model APIs (GPT,



OpenAI Codex), and related tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLCs), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
Good knowledge of IT environments, cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), DevOps tools, and ITSM solutions (ServiceNow, Jira)
Skills in data management, information security and regulatory compliance
Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through AI
Ability to design scalable solutions for a complex and evolving environment
Experience in training and mentoring technical teams on new technologies
Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
