These include demountable glass partitions, operable partitions, and other specialty solutions tailored to modern architectural and interior design needs.

Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the commercial and architectural sectors, focusing on demountable glass systems and interior glazing. This individual will leverage their expertise in Division 10 products to build relationships, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales and market-share objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to promote demountable glass partitions, interior glazing systems, and related products to architects, designers, contractors, and end-users.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to craft tailored sales solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with production capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Represent A&F; Building Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the architectural, construction, or glazing industries.
- Extensive knowledge of Division 10 products, particularly demountable glass partitions and interior glazing systems.
- Strong network of contacts within the architectural, design, and construction communities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and create actionable strategies to capture them.
