Senior IT Project Manager – Workday / ADP
Our client in the insurance sector is seeking a driven and skilled professional to contribute to impactful initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on transformative projects that align business objectives with innovative technological solutions.
What is in it for you:
• Salaried: $67 to $74 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $79 to $87 per hour.
• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Hybrid work: 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, driving milestones to completion.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA) for effective tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage resources, stakeholders, and communications effectively.
• Oversee change management processes, including training and documentation efforts.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, while proactively managing risks and issues.
• Monitor project baselines, scope, budget, and schedules, implementing strategies to address variances.
• Foster collaboration between globally dispersed teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications in PMP and CSM.
• 10+ years of experience managing global projects from initiation to deployment.
• Expertise in HR systems such as Workday and ADP.
• Experience delivering SaaS tools and managing API integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with tools like JIRA.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, resources, and project dependencies effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to handle uncertainty and drive projects forward in dynamic environments.
• Track record of risk identification and development of comprehensive management plans.
