Job Duties
1. Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations for educational purposes
2. Supervise students in classroom, practicums, and labs
3. Evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and observations
4. Record student progress through evaluations, student-instructor meetings, and observations
5. Attend and participate in staff meetings and serve on ad hoc committees.
6. Attend seminars, workshops, etc. to keep current with industry and educational requirements.
7. Develop collegial relationships with external agencies to secure appropriate experience for students.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1.
Licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists; currently practicing.
2. Two years recent/relevant experience in a hospital or community pharmacy
3. Demonstrates currency of practice and validation of aseptic compounding skills per the requirements of the regulatory authority within Saskatchewan
4. Able to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
