On behalf of our subsidiary company, Rock Adjusting, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of our St. John's, NL office for a one year fixed contract. Established in 1997 to adjust claims for customers of Munn Insurance, Rock Adjusting is young, innovative, and digitally dynamic. You'll work alongside a diverse group of insurance professionals who share the goal of providing a remarkable customer experience. Every day is going to be different,

About You
You're detail-oriented and organized; you pay close attention to the fine points of your work and can switch from task to task at a moment's notice. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a team-oriented, professional attitude. You also have strong written communications skills and have extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications. While previous insurance experience and a Level One Broker license are assets,

Job Duties
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Collect information regarding potential claims and assign data to the appropriate adjusting vendors;
- Maintain records within our internal claims system;
- Prepare claims reports using various Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel;
- Complete general accounting tasks using our internal accounting software applications;
- Assist with month/year-end system reporting;
- Complete other administrative duties as required, including, but not limited to reception support, ordering administrative supplies, scanning and emailing of documents, and preparing form letters and templates;
- Act as an ambassador for Munn Insurance, always representing and promoting our brand and business in a positive way to customers, prospects and insurance partners;
