I am searching for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead my client's sales team in Canada. This is a rare opportunity to join an industry-leading organization dedicated to driving measurable success for its Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals.
- Drive regional growth by fostering a customer-centric and results-driven sales culture.
- Partner with clients on long-term strategies, offering tailored solutions in areas like corporate culture change, performance incentives, and loyalty programs.
- Own the region’s business planning and financial results, including P&L; accountability.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with Fortune 1000 clients.
- A proven history of building and developing successful sales teams, with a focus on complex service sales.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to assist in managing long sales cycles (6–12 months).
- A passion for building relationships,
backed by exceptional interpersonal and boardroom presence.
- A proven history of career stability, unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates who have been employed by more than three companies within the past 10 years.
- A university degree is preferred, and an advanced degree is a plus.
