https://navigategroup.com Job Description:We are seeking a talented, creative, and driven Graphic Designer to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An individual who thrives on maintaining responsibility for the design and visual aspects of each assignment, working closely across a variety of divisions including Hospitality, Marketing, Retail and Real Estate. Responsibilities:Reporting to the CEO, the Graphic Designer is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to: Graphic Design
- Manage the design and layout of marketing collateral according to brand standards (i.e. flyers, brochures, presentations, reports, social media posts & newsletters)
- Developing illustrations as content for various brand & marketing collateral
- Assist the design team with visual identity exploration and concept development
- Be solution-focused and able to provide creative results to unique challenges
- Other special projects as required or assigned
Administrative and Reception Duties (as required)
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff for projects if required
- Handle sensitive and highly confidential information
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports and presentations if required
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Post-Secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field, or up to 3 years professional work experience as a Graphic Designer is required
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
- A strong portfolio showcasing an understanding of typography, grids and layout design
- Experience with preparing documents according to accessibility standards is an asset but not required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Recognized ability to work as a collaborative team member and provide ongoing support
- Strong organizational skills,
attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated problem solving and ability to use discretion

Position details:
- Hours: Full-time
- Annual Salary: 40-45K (depends on portfolio and applicant profile)
