Purpose:
As Stocksy’s Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the planning, building, execution, and optimization of marketing programs to achieve business objectives.This position will work cross-functionally with other departments at Stocksy, and requires a high level of creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, communication skills, and management experience.

Department: Marketing

Key stakeholders: Marketing, Sales

Direct reports: 0

Location: Remote
Role type: FT Employee (Canada) or FT Dependent Contractor (outside of Canada)
Hours: 35 hours/week, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday (or as agreed upon with Team Lead).

Behavioural Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in building and delivering demand/revenue generation programs
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Able to work cross functionally, provide guidance and mentoring to marketing stakeholders
- Competent in managing lead lifecycles and driving leads through the marketing funnel
- Experienced in working with sales leadership and collaborating with operations team
- Familiarity with the creative industry, visual storytelling, and design principles.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Strategy

- Develop, build and implement demand focused marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
- Define program goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Collaborate with stakeholders to align program initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

Project Management

- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Team Coordination

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Provide updates on progress of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on performance against marketing objectives.

Performance Analysis

- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using analytics tools and metrics.




- Work closely with the operations team to develop insights to inform decision-making and future planning.

Budget Management

- Support allocation of program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Innovation and Improvement

- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance marketing program effectiveness.
