About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage all affairs and logistics related to our energy efficiency projects and programs. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless project execution, efficient operations, and exceptional client experiences across our portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, improving processes, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles,
from initial client onboarding through to final inspections and rebate processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (energy auditors, customer service, and contractors) and external partners (utility providers, HVAC contractors, and government programs) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Lead and oversee all logistics and supply chain operations for HVAC equipment and energy-efficient products, ensuring timely deliveries and proper installation processes.
- Implement and maintain AI-driven process improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and utility rebate program requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling of energy audits, installations, and inspections, resolving any issues or delays proactively.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to key stakeholders,
including clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Handle client escalations and ensure a customer-centric approach is applied in all interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and government representatives.
- Oversee invoicing, documentation, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely submissions to program administrators.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the energy efficiency, HVAC, construction, or building services industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and CRM systems.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Familiarity with government rebate programs and energy efficiency standards is a strong asset.
- PMP certification or relevant education in project management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new challenges with a positive attitude.
