The Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division is seeking motivated and talented individuals for the role of Intake Student in the Intake Department.

What You Can Expect In This Role
Supporting a team in the Intake Department with a wide range of administrative functions, you may have the opportunity to work on some or all of the following:
- Prepare and organize correspondence,
perform data entry and word-processing functions, and create a variety of documents, with attention to detail.
- Proofread draft orders/privacy complaint reports
- Respond to public and/or internal inquiries.
- Store, process, and maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Other administrative duties, as required.
How do I qualify?
Preference will be given to post-secondary students enrolled in a discipline relevant to paralegal studies, court and tribunal administration, business administration and law, security and privacy.
Job Requirements
- Accurately track, retrieve, and archive files; you apply your knowledge and/or experience with electronic file and paper management systems to secure, classify, manage, and store documents.
- Ensure the integrity of IPC records is maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
- Collect, organize, review, and verify information/data through review of files, reports, and other means.
- Apply your discretion and sensitivity skills when working with confidential information.
- Attention to detail and strong organization/interpersonal/communication skills.
