The opportunity
We currently have career opportunities for senior managers in our Financial Services (FS) consulting practice. Our team works to build a better world by transforming businesses through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation.
The Role & Responsibilities
As a senior manager, you will advise clients and team with professionals in client information,
data and technology, and/or strategic alliances with third parties to achieve strategic transformations and digital implementations. You will lead the delivery of client engagements, build client relationships and lead team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Architect and lead client projects that encompass FS lines of business strategies.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Deep knowledge of various aspects of the value chain.
- Propel EY's thought leadership and advance our financial services solutions.
- Ensure you're at the industry's forefront by keeping a pulse on market trends.
- Nurture a culture of high performance by mentoring and directing team members.
- Lead and manage complex client engagements related to strategy and operational effectiveness.
- Possess an appetite for learning. We’re looking for individuals with relevant experience or education in financial services.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understand at least one and/or many lines of business.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial services or consulting.
- Expertise in financial services operations, technology systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Willingness to travel, as required by client assignments.
- Ideally bilingual (English and French).
