Job Description: CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join a growing team in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include operating CNC mill and drilling machines, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure precise production.

Responsibilities: CNC Operator

- Set up and operate CNC mill and drilling machines according to job specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.




- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements: CNC Operator

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
