First Onsite is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to be part of their growing team!

Position Summary: The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, motivation, and management, of teams of specialized front-line Project Managers to positively impact the job-specific development consisting of client and job specified Scoping, Estimating, Sales, Rebuild, Administration with measurement defined accountability for attainment of Gross Profit, Client Quality and internal and Insurer's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).



The Business Operations Manager defines/refines project process flows and toolset applications to achieve First Onsite Standard Operating metrics at all levels as the most efficient path to standardization.

The Business Operations Manager manages a team composed of the following functional areas:

- Claims Development / New Revenue (PMs)
- Customer Profit and Current Business via Insurer and Adjuster Relations (PMs)
- Job Execution & cost Management including Profitability, GPC, KPIs, and Customer Satisfaction
- Safety & Other critical Supporting functions

Factors for Success:

- Ability to lead a team and demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Understanding of reconstruction practices for a property that has suffered water, wind, mould, fire, and vandalism damages nice to have
- Analytical skills understanding of basic statistics, data, and relevant information gathering
- Strong computer skills effectively use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience (ideally 5 or more) in the restoration/emergency industry
- Proven job-related success in a construction management role
- Excellent client relationship skills such as Insurers, Adjusters, and Brokers




- Minimum of 5 years directly managing Project Managers
- Proficiency with Microsoft's Office Suite, especially strong skills in Excel and Word
