As a subcontractor cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial properties, ensuring that all areas meet client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform general commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the premises according to specific guidelines.
- Ensure all supplies and cleaning equipment are used in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure that all areas are maintained according to the contract.
- Report any cleaning issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and safety in all cleaning tasks and customer interactions.
- Follow a set cleaning schedule and adapt to changes as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial cleaning experience in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial environments.
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mops, cleaning solutions, etc.) suitable for commercial cleaning tasks.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.




- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the Mississauga, Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville areas.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
