Atlantic Canada’s Fastest Growing Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Professional Vehicle Detailer. Shift Auto Group is based out of Fredericton, NB and consists of Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Mitsubishi, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, St. Croix Auto, Velocity Autobody and 10 Wonder Auto locations across the Maritimes. Shift Auto Group is a family-owned business that has grown from 12 team members and one location in 2015 to 9 locations and over 200 team members today.
This position, which is available immediately is at our Fredericton Mitsubishi location in Fredericton, consists of all the cleaning and detailing our pre-owned vehicles.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Washing and cleaning both the interior and exterior of all vehicles;
- Professional detailing of our pre-owned vehicles to our industry leading standards;
- Application of vehicle protection packages, including Paint Protection, Fabric & Leather Protection;
- Vehicle buffing, wet-sanding and waxing;
- Various other tasks related to the cleaning and detailing of vehicles as well as assisting other activities as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Have at least 2-years experience as an automotive detailer
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be a hard worker
- Be honest and ethical
- Be willing to learn
- Be willing to work as part of a team to accomplish all required tasks
