We're seeking highly motivated field sales representatives who is interested in a quick pathway to field sales team leadership, who is passionate about providing value to homeowners and neighbourhoods. Reps can expect to make a minimum of $30 and up to $55 per knocking hour, with a pathway to salaried pay as a field sales pod / team lead.As a member of the the team, you'll be reporting to the Field Sales Lead,
your job will be re-engaging and introducing Quartermaster to homeowners in neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area.EXPECTATIONSMust live in the GTAYou are ready to commit to 32 to 40 hours per week (shifts of 4-8 hours are available daily for all field reps)Working hours are Monday to Friday between 10am-8pm and some weekendsYou must be tech savvyCompensation: Knocking hourly rates are $30-55 / hourTraining rates are $20 / hourWHAT YOU WILL DOWork with the Community Team and other stakeholders to drive homeowner and community acquisition within GTA communities via knocking on doors.Leverage existing sales initiatives in communities to educate homeowners on the benefits of Quartermaster.Be a Product expert - keep up to date with new product releases and features and act as a resource for the team and our customers.Accurately enter and track data ensuring you're following team process.WHAT YOU BRINGDesire to build online hyperlocal communitiesA drive for sales with a hard line for integrityA roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting out onto the field to achieve company outcomesA preference for taking on challenges head-first and using roadblocks as an opportunity to improve and pivot your sales approachThe drive to level up into a team leadership role within your first few months on the team INTERVIEW PROCESS Our interview process is geared toward finding a uniquely strong fit.
