Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
Hands-on implementation experience of U.S. Regulatory reports using AXIOM ControllerView
Strong functional understanding of US Regulatory report requirements and reporting including Liquidity 2052a, LCR, FDIC




Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaborative team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization and balance strategic priorities with tactical actions
Ability to lead a team of developers
Good-to-Have AXIOM Certification / Understanding of US GAAP and relevant accounting & financial reporting
Proven track record and accountability in developing solutions that have an immediate impact on business financials.
Working experience on any scheduler such as Autosys
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strong and innovative solutions to adhoc business requirements.

S.N Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Assist to develop, standardize, and manage Reg Reporting solutions in Axiom and documentations necessary to align with business needs.
2 Co-ordinate and closely work with business on regulatory and other adhoc requirements/solution customizations




3 Assist in the end-to-end solution updates implementation and identifying business impact by tracking any issues and reporting the metrics/ escalate to the appropriate governance oversight forum
4 Coordinate and liaise with the Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance function and lines of defenses to ensure Regulatory Reporting meets regulatory and compliance expectations
5 Assist on tracking and repsonding to the observations received from the Federal Reserve, other US regulatory authorities
6 Work independently as well as lead a team of AXIOM developers
