The Work:
As a People Projects & Change Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You'llassist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of leadership development sessions, quarterly culture and risk reviews, and help track and manage HR risk and compliance activities. In addition, you will contribute to projects focused on organizational change, people strategy, and prioritization efforts that align with our business goals
The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:
- - Support Change Management Initiatives: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing change management efforts,
ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes or system updates.
- Project Support: Provide administrative and operational support for people-related projects, including training programs, leadership development initiatives, high impact workshops and more.
- HR Risk: Support the development and implementation of various HR Risk and Compliance related initiatives and deliverables.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to key risk indicators.
- Communication and Engagement: Help develop internal communication materials to support change initiatives, ensuring clear messaging and engagement across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to support project timelines, deliverables, and strategic goals. Assist with internal presentations, reports, and updates.
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to contribute to project planning and decision-making.

- - Education: Currently enrolled in University or College program (Business,
Psychology, HR or Comms programs are a positive, but we welcome applicants from any educational background)
- Digital Tools: Strong proficiency using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and digital tools (Canva, Mural, etc.)
- Self-starter Attitude: we want applicants who demonstrate initiative and an eagerness to learn, support, and lead change
- Drive to Learn Change: we want applicants who are eager to learn about the rapidly growing field of change management at a Challenger Bank
- Communication Skills: we want a verbal and written communications skills who can support communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Collaborative Spirit: we are a small team and want to work collaboratively with you to achieve our goals, and isn't afraid to lean on their colleagues when needed
- Adaptable:
Ability to pivot quickly to provide support where needed
