Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- Responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Pane Fresco Rotisserie department.
- Preparing food according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance.
- Serving customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
- Assisting the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff.
- Maintaining the department in the absence of the department manager.




- Ensuring that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards.
- Other general duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience, experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is a definite asset.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
