Role Overview
Are you a professional who responds to practitioner inquiries and provides guidance on engagement setup processes through consultation in a timely and professional manner?
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
Typical Day Responsibilities
Work on the assigned WBS (Account) creation. Review the engagement request form, validate with contracts and approved pricing, and communicate with partner/engagement team. Responsibilities include:
- Work on assigned WBS creation requests, process and validate requests ensuring all criteria has been met.
- Liaise with Finance team and various teams to obtain proper approvals when required for WBS creations.
- Establish rapport with various departments.
- Update required status reports on a daily basis.
About the Team
You will be part of the broader Finance team specializing in WBS creation for Advisory business lines. This is a fast-paced team where you will have the opportunity to work with senior-level stakeholders, partners, and Engagement Team members.

- Ability to enter data accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise and professional instructions to practitioners, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues within your area of responsibility.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package extends beyond traditional compensation and benefit programs, designed to recognize employee contributions, encourage personal wellness, and support firm growth.
