Hiboo Networks Inc. is currently searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Product Line Manager. You will lead the company’s efforts in defining what markets to participate in and how to win. You will define and lead the New Product Introduction Process and work with our Technology Team to ensure the corresponding New Technology Introduction meets new product introduction goals. This position is a member of the leadership team and will mentor the sales and marketing organizations. This role will leverage both internal and external resources to create and maintain a product roadmap, establish candidate features inventory, and curate solutions detailed in the plan.
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to develop a next generation digital service provider - service portfolio from the ground up and work with leading technology providers to help drive the roadmap into the future.
Here’s What You Will Do
Product Strategy and Development
- Define and maintain a service roadmap; keep a list of candidate features that is generated by both customers and our internal teams
- Using a defined New Product Introduction Methodology, work with internal and external teams to "service launch” features and services on the service roadmap
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Conduct market sizing analysis on new opportunities and determine suitability for market demands and Hiboo Networks financial goals
- Support and mentor the marketing organization as they build and execute marketing campaigns to promote Hiboo Networks services (from the roadmap)
- Support and mentor the sales organization as they quote the services (RFXs)
- Be an internal leader in the negotiation of Master Service Agreements between Hiboo and its customers
- Work collaboratively with our Technology, Network,
and Operations team to ensure the timely and efficient new technology introduction processes and resources
- Participate as a member of Hiboo’s Leadership Team
Customer Experience Management
- Take responsibility for the quote to cash process for the services launched.
- Define required product codes, product catalogue, ordering and fulfillment processes.
- Make recommendations and then execute the implementation of people, process and technology required to deliver a smooth customer experience
- Monitor overall customer satisfaction levels for our launched services and make adjustments to our offerings to accommodate
- Work collaboratively with our Technology, Network, and Operations team to ensure the timely and efficient new technology introduction processes and resources
Here’s What you Need – Skills and Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering,
Computer Science, or related discipline
- Ten (10+) years of hands-on Product Line Management in the Service Provider and Enterprise Networking Space
- Experience with Business Services such as Internet, Ethernet, MPLS, Data Center/Cloud connectivity, DDoS
- Proficiency with service provider technology implementation such as, BGP, EVPN, VPLS, ESI-LAG, etc.
- Experience and understanding of Service Provider Wholesale markets (NNIs, ENNIs, Wholesale contracts)
- Technical ability along with business acumen for leading presentations
- Strong understanding of security measures and implementation such as DDOS, DNS Security, SOC, and other cloud managed security posture
- Strong understanding and experience with ‘Outside Plant/Network Access’ design and architecture and End-to-End service management ie. OSS/BSS
- The ideal candidate has in depth knowledge of Juniper network products (MX, ACX, and SRX) and software tools (Junos Space, Paragon)
- Juniper Service Provider Routing and Switching Certification
