People & Values Operations Coordinator

You will be personally responsible for project management, working with data, maintaining systems, finding efficiencies, and providing a high level of support to Bond and the People & Values team.

As a People & Values Operations Coordinator you will:
Operational Excellence
- Demonstrate a passion for streamlined processes and automation to enhance the employee experience and deliver business value.
- Maintain and update HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG) and related tools (DocuSign, Formstack), ensuring accurate employee data management and supporting routine system processes, such as troubleshooting, data entry, and generating reports.
- Execute administrative duties with precision, impacting the individual employee experience and demonstrating a commitment to high-quality work. This includes drafting employment agreements and amendments.
- Assist with People & Values (P&V;) queries by responding to policy or program inquiries, maintaining data integrity, and identifying areas for process improvements.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Apply HR best practices and Bond-specific knowledge to coordinate talent-related events and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Ensure all practices align with employment standards, privacy laws, and internal policies for teams globally.
Communications
- Provide proactive support for internal P&V; knowledge articles and resources through drafting,
publishing and maintaining information.
- Represent the P&V; team at weekly corporate communications meetings to align on messaging and initiatives for the corporate calendar.
- Create and manage P&V; content to announce and celebrate our people at All Employee Meetings (AEM).
Culture, Engagement and Recognition
- Lead and evolve culture, engagement, and recognition programs that foster an inclusive workplace and contribute to overall well-being, measured against identified KPIs.
- Lead annual Bond Choice Awards – finding efficiencies in processes, building fiscal year plans to align with annual Fiscal Year Kick Off format and approach, and ensuring a strong employee experience.
- Coordinate Bond’s Peer Recognition Program ensuring engagement.
- Ensure milestone anniversaries are celebrated in a meaningful way,
coordinated efficiently and the program reviewed annually, recommending enhancements and roll out of program changes.
- Actively participate in Our Social Bond Committees by supporting and promoting Bond connection and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors to maximize the value of our perks programs and ensure alignment with employee needs.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in learning more about managing and optimizing our benefits program, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse workforce
Key Skills and Qualities for Success
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Operate with moderate guidance,
making informed decisions on day-to-day talent-related questions within established guidelines.
- Service-oriented mindset and passion for delivering a great employee experience.
- Enthusiastic about learning and embracing new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build positive relationships across teams.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, DocuSign, or Formstack is strongly preferred.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence.
Your Background:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project management, or customer service role.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.
- CHRP designation or working towards it is a strong asset.
