Job Description:
Department Overview
As part of TD's Marketing department, the North American Growth Marketing team is responsible for leading our digital marketing, marketing delivery and 1:1 channels transformation.
The team carries the mandate to build the ecosystem to enable personalized 1:1 communications at all interactions with our customers.
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world-class training, and be part of a community of students across TD, where you will have an impact, grow as an individual and experience our culture of care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and understand results, to help uncover insights and optimization opportunities
- Work with other marketing teams to get required data and clean up any errors
- Become familiar with all of the 1:1 channels and personalization opportunities within them
- Support MarTech work where Personalization team is required
- Help lead meetings throughout the term
- Assist other areas of the team (where required)
- Work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision; establish priorities, and use your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each project you are assigned.
- Define opportunities for continued enhancements to business processes and make recommendations within assigned area of responsibility
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business/Commerce or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
- Detail oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrated ability to solve tough problems in an ambiguous, uncertain and fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to identify solutions
- Strong time management skills, a self-starter who can work well both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

- This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 5th to August 29th, 2025.
